Unless stated in writing, all phones repaired by Cell Phone Solutions have 30 days limited repair center warranty. If the product is defective in materials during the repair center warranty period , it will be repaired at no charge,

This limited warranty does not cover: Liquid/Water Damage, Cosmetic damage, Dead phones, Product that have been repaired by anyone other than “Cellphone Solutions”, Cost of installation, Removal or Reinstallation, Failure or Defects caused by misuse, Abuse, Accident, Physical damage, Abnormal operation, Improper handling or storage, Neglect, Alternation, Unauthorized installation, Removal or repairs, Failure to follow instructions, Problems caused by your network coverage, Exposure to fire, Water, Liquid, Food and any serial number which we do not have in our database.
We do not offer a refund policy, only store credit.
